The Client: Accenture
The Objective: To design and relocate new offices, to be completed by the expiry of the client’s old lease.
The Solution: After reviewing the initial plans, Project Control determined that the proposed design was not consistent with client’s style, and would be over budget if implemented. Project Control ensured that the new design would both fit the client’s style as well as be completed on schedule.
The Result: Project Control completed the new offices 16% under budget, and prior to the expiry of the client’s old lease.
