The Client: Ontario Science Centre

The Objective: Enable the Ontario Science Centre to develop a new service to the public that fostered innovation through a creative and interactive partnering program.

The Solution: Through public funding and private contributions, the Ontario Science Centre was engaged in a new program focused on innovation. This program required input from all areas of the organization, and was several times larger and more complex than any previous undertaking. Project Control Group facilitated working sessions with the project sponsor and the senior management team to define the project requirements and develop a supporting organizational structure. This was then integrated into an overall implementation plan that created the project foundation, and allowed the individual operational areas to collectively move forward and develop the new service offering.

The Result: The senior management team was able to integrate the different streams of creative development to create a definitive business plan, allowing the project to proceed into actual design and construction.
