St. Catharines
Health Complex PCGI is proud to be working with Niagara Health System, Infrastructure Ontario and the Ministry of Health and Long-term Care to help develop and manage the plan to get the New St. Catharines Health Complex to market by summer 2007. This long-awaited “greenfield” hospital is the first full Design-Build-Finance-Maintain (DBFM) hospital to be delivered through the province’s Alternative Financing and Procurement process. |

PCGI Completes Strategic Study
for Federal Government PCGI together with Corporate Research Group (CRG) completed a major study for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) titled Performance Analysis and Project Delivery Process Review of Completed Office Accommodation Projects. Using industry best practices, our team developed metrics that measured project critical success factors. The recommendations of this study will be used by PWGSC to further enhance their project delivery methodology. |

Chinook Centre Expansion, Calgary PCGI has been engaged by Cadillac Fairview to develop an implementation plan for a 175,000 sq ft multi-level expansion to the Chinook shopping centre. The strategy will be to develop a plan that maintains tenant operations and enables an early construction start, while lease negotiations with tenants continue and municipal approvals are obtained. |
