| SMART Courses Complete! The entire PCGI team has now completed both the Planning and Delivery courses for the SMART (Strategically Managed, Aligned, Regenerative, and Transitional) framework. These concepts are being actively integrated with PCGI’s methodology on projects, to bring even greater value to our clients. |

| Busy Working with the New Infrastructure Ontario Team PCGI has been active providing support to Infrastructure Ontario as they ramp up. PCGI’s involvement included development of a template Project Charter and planning for the rollout of six build-finance projects including the Durham Consolidated Courthouse and the Greater Toronto Area Youth Centre. |

| Risk Workshops: Sault Area Hospital and Cornwall Community Hospital PCGI facilitated risk workshops for the Sault Area Hospital (an Alternative Financing and Procurement model) and for the Cornwall Community Hospital (conventional capital project). Participants included hospital senior management and members of the consultant team. Bill Kernohan, Principal with PCGI, facilitated both sessions which focused on identifying risks and developing strategies for mitigation. PCGI will be working with the hospitals to integrate these mitigation strategies into their current implementation plans. |

Bluewater Balanced Budget 2005/2006 PCGI completed our final planning and control review for the Bluewater Balanced Budget Initiatives for 2005/2006. The result was an astounding 97% completion of all the initiatives identified by the target completion of March 31, 2006. Our congratulations to the Bluewater Team on successful implementation of a challenging set of projects, within a very aggressive timeline. |

Sudbury Regional Hospital – Pretender Submission 3 Weeks Early! The Capital Project Team for Sudbury Regional Hospital made its pretender submission to the MoHLTC 3 weeks ahead of schedule in response to a challenge from its Board. The team went from completion of Sketch Plans to Pretender Submission in just over 7 months! |
