New Engagements and Accomplishments:

		Toronto South Detention Centre Infrastructure Ontario (IO) has engaged PCGI to develop an Integrated Work Plan for the DBFM (Design-Build-Finance-Maintain) process for the recently announced 1,650 bed detention centre (http://www.ontario.ca/tsdc). The Integrated Work Plan incorporates all deliverables for PDC (Planning Design Compliance), Transaction, Facility Management, Furniture & Equipment, and the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services.

		Life Labs (formerly MDS Diagnostic Services) New Chemistry Platform Life Labs successfully implemented its national chemistry platform of leading-edge testing automation & analyzer technology. PCGI developed an Integrated Work Plan for the Life Labs rollout. Through rigorous project controls, the platform went “live” on time.

		Winchester District Memorial Hospital Winchester District Memorial Hospital (WDMH) is a community and academically affiliated hospital located south of Ottawa. In addition to a capital expansion and renovation, WDMH is realigning its programs and services in accordance with its strategic plan and implementing a comprehensive communications and technology plan. PCGI worked with WDMH to develop an integrated operational work plan that aligns the numerous operational activities with the capital activities. The result was a comprehensive, holistic and achievable plan that provided predictability for the organization.

		Andrew Norris and Ralph Chan Obtain PMP Designation PCGI is proud to announce that Andrew Norris and Ralph Chan have obtained the Project Management Professional designation from the Project Management Institute. The PMP designation is the globally recognized credential for project management excellence. Congratulations Andrew and Ralph!

		PCGI Growth PCGI is pleased to welcome Keisha Clarke to our growing team of analysts. Keisha’s background in process flow development and process improvements will add another facet to the diverse mix of the PCGI team. 		Best Wishes to Peter Green The PCGI team extends our best wishes to our colleague Peter Green, who recently accepted a position with the Southlake Regional Hospital.
